This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions and other purchases on afterhours.fun (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) through our payment processors. By starting a subscription you authorize us and our processors to charge the applicable fees and any taxes to your payment method until you cancel. Prices and features may change; we will give notice of material changes as required by law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal linked from your account. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and then will not renew. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in certain cases, such as a duplicate charge, a verified billing error on our part, or where a refund is required by the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
To request a refund, contact us through our support page within 30 days of the charge and include the email address on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will review eligible requests and respond within a reasonable time.
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are governed by the applicable app store's terms, and refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google. We are unable to process refunds for app store transactions.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
