All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that may be accessible on or through afterhours.fun (the "Service") were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depiction was created.
Exemption. With respect to all visual content that may appear on the Service, the operator of afterhours.fun is not the "producer," as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A and the related regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any content posted, uploaded, or otherwise transmitted by users. The operator of the Service is an interactive computer service and a provider of content-hosting and transmission services as described in the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230. To the extent any user-generated content is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the obligation to maintain such records rests with the respective producers (the users who created and submitted the content), who are required by our Terms of Service to comply with all applicable laws.
Age verification. Use of the Service is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. We require members to complete identity verification, which is designed to confirm that an account belongs to a real adult and to reduce fake and underage accounts. Members represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old and that any individual depicted in their content is also at least 18 years old.
Zero tolerance for content involving minors. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. Such content is prohibited, will be removed, and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children ("NCMEC") and to law enforcement as required by law.
