Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy

Home › Anti-Human Trafficking

afterhours.fun has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), and any coerced or commercial sexual activity. We design and run the Service to be an inhospitable place for traffickers and predators, and to help keep the people who use it safe. Read this policy alongside our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Content Removal & Complaints policy.

Scope

This policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Service, including all members, visitors, and anyone who posts, sends, or transmits content. It covers all areas of the Service, including posts, profiles, photos, and messages.

Definitions

  • Human trafficking - the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, or for a commercial sex act, through the use of force, fraud, or coercion (and, in the case of a minor, regardless of whether force, fraud, or coercion is involved).
  • Sex trafficking - causing a person to engage in a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or where the person is under 18.
  • Labor trafficking - compelling a person to provide labor or services through force, fraud, or coercion.
  • Sexual exploitation - taking unfair sexual advantage of another person, including through coercion, fraud, deception, or abuse of a position of vulnerability or power.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM") - any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (any person under 18 years of age), as described in 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE") - any conduct that sexually abuses or exploits a minor, including grooming, sextortion, enticement, and child sex trafficking.
  • Coercion - threats of serious harm, physical restraint, abuse of the legal process, debt bondage, or any scheme intended to make a person believe that failure to act would result in serious harm.
  • Deceptive recruitment - luring a person through fraud or false pretenses (such as fake job, modeling, or relationship offers) for the purpose of exploitation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service, and there are no exceptions:

  • Human trafficking in all forms, including labor trafficking and sex trafficking;
  • Sexual exploitation of any person, including minors;
  • Any CSAM, or any content that depicts, sexualizes, or exploits a minor (including AI-generated, drawn, or "role-play" depictions);
  • Causing or attempting to cause any person to engage in a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion;
  • Recruiting, harboring, transporting, advertising, soliciting, patronizing, or obtaining any person for a commercial sex act or forced labor;
  • Deceptive recruitment, grooming, enticement, sextortion, or blackmail;
  • Posting or facilitating prostitution, escorting, or other commercial sexual services;
  • Enabling, facilitating, advertising, or profiting in any way from trafficking or exploitation.

Special Protection for Minors (CSAE and CSAM)

There is zero tolerance for CSAM and any conduct constituting child sexual abuse or exploitation. Content must never relate to, or be capable of being construed as relating to, minors in any fashion, even if directed at an adult and even if the conduct is technically legal in a given jurisdiction. We will remove such content, permanently ban the user, preserve evidence, and report to the authorities. As required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (as amended by the REPORT Act), we report apparent CSAM, child sex trafficking, and online enticement of children to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children ("NCMEC") through its CyberTipline.

How We Detect and Prevent Abuse

We rely on several overlapping safeguards to keep traffickers and predators off the Service, including:

  • Identity verification (including photo and selfie matching) to reduce fake, automated, and underage accounts;
  • Prohibiting commercial sexual services and the exchange of money for sexual activity;
  • A combination of automated signals and human review of reported content;
  • Easy-to-use reporting tools so members and the public can flag suspected exploitation;
  • Banning offending accounts and preserving relevant records.

Enforcement and Reporting Actions

When we identify a violation of this policy, we may take any or all of the following actions:

  • Immediate removal of the offending content;
  • Suspension or permanent termination of the offending account (and related accounts);
  • Preservation of all relevant account data, content, metadata, IP addresses, device identifiers, and transaction records;
  • Filing a CyberTipline report with NCMEC (mandatory for any identified CSAM under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A);
  • Referral to the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, state attorneys general, or local law enforcement, as appropriate;
  • Cooperation with ongoing law enforcement investigations, including production of records pursuant to valid legal process;
  • Notification to relevant financial institutions or payment processors where required.

Cooperation With Authorities

We cooperate fully and promptly with:

  • Federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, DHS, and DOJ;
  • State and local law enforcement agencies;
  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC);
  • The National Human Trafficking Hotline and affiliated organizations;
  • Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Forces;
  • Relevant regulatory bodies and financial institutions.

Industry Collaboration

We support industry initiatives and information-sharing programs that combat trafficking and child exploitation, and we work to align our practices with recognized standards for trust and safety.
